Sunday, June 28th, we will be holding our annual congregational meeting immediately following our 10:30 am worship service. This is an important meeting in the life of our church and we ask that all members try to attend.
At this meeting we will be sharing our vision for the upcoming year of ministry and will be sharing some big announcements!
The congregation will also vote to adopt our annual budget for fiscal year July 2026- June 2027. You can request a copy of the budget by contacting us at
In addition to the budget, the congregation will also be voting to affirm the reinstatement of Mike Smelek as an active Elder. Mike has served faithfully in the past and remains in good standing, he is coming off of a two year sabbatical as required by our church bylaws after every six years of service.
In preparation for this meeting, we would ask that you prayerfully review the Budget and consider Mike Smelek for affirmation as an active Elder. After doing so, we ask that you please send any questions to . In order to move forward with these decisions we need a Quorum of our members. So, if you are member and unable to attend, we ask that you reach out to us for an absentee ballot.
